The company mentioned above has closed its websites, so I do not need to comment any further, maybe other customers have had similar experiences as I have.

And I advice not to use this forum for your personal revenche.
We don´t know anything about your order and the circumstances of payment and shipping. So nobody here knows, whether you are right or not.
I am also sure that this is not the place for accusations - especially such severe ones.
If you do have justified claims we have laws and people helping to enforce them.
This has nothing to do with disappointment what so ever. As a matter of fact even if you were having justified claims you should not try to ruin someones reputation. As I said this is not the place and you are not able to present evidence here.
